ICAS India provides organization and employee support through customized wellness and wellbeing services which comprises of e-support, telephone counseling and face-to-face counseling.

Professional counselling, coaching and trauma management services are provided to employees and their dependants 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
The services are provided by registered professionals (such as psychologists, social workers, lifestyle expert etc.) and are available via telephone, face-to-face counselling (both on- and off-site) or online (e-counselling).

These professionals provide eligible individuals with relevant counselling assistance to resolve a broad range of psycho-social issues (both at work and at home), understand their health status, evaluate their health risks and make positive and informed lifestyle choices. Issues addressed will include (but not be limited to) assistance with stress, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, relationship problems, bereavement, and incidents of trauma. The counselling service will also include assistance with work-related issues such as burnout, conflict, diversity, change, retrenchment and harassment (amongst others). The process is governed by the highest ethical and professional standards at all times. 

A large body of research has consistently found that corporate counselling programmes lead to improvements in employees’ self-reported quality of life, mental and physical health, ability to manage stress and workplace effectiveness and productivity. You can expect to see reductions in errors, absenteeism, termination and grievance rates, as well as fewer medical claims.

W&W service users tend to develop more proactive styles of coping and will have greater resilience and adaptability in the face of adversity and change. Coaching will improve managerial skills and performance, allow for the optimal development of new managerial talent and potential and ensure that difficult people issues – such as those around conflict or transformation – are effectively dealt with.

A managerial support service is provided by a team of professionals with clinical, consulting and coaching expertise as well as HR training as and when required. It will be available via group, face-to-face, and telephonic counselling and will focus on supporting managers in their existing relationships with employees and providing them with professional help in effectively handling new or difficult ‘people management’ issues. In order to facilitate the performance management of employees, the service will assist in line management’s identification and referral of vulnerable employees as well as their constructive management of people-related problems and crisis situations.

Lifestyle Management Services is provided by a multidisciplinary team of professionals with expertise in law, money management, and family care (amongst others). The service will be accessible 24/7 & 365 days largely via telephone and electronic media but is also available via face-to-face consultation where appropriate Life Management services include information and assistance on legal problems (family law, contracts, wills, consumer rights, etc.), financial concerns (such as debt management, retirement planning, etc.) and family matters (e.g. child and eldercare issues, social benefits) and provide detailed, practical information, consultation, education, resources 
and referrals to help individuals manage their work-life responsibilities.. 

Life Management contributes to increased productivity, improved job satisfaction and better employee attraction and retention.

A sophisticated data management system is used to capture and analyse all the Wellness Programme utilisation data and activity. This service is managed by professionals with expertise and experience in IT, statistics and research. A database and associated analytical tools will capture and analyse utilization data and benchmark the programme against relevant normative data as well as local and international best practice. A feedback and review programme will be provided by management consultants with experience and credibility in the fields of HR, healthcare and executive management. 

ICAS will compile and distribute detailed reports, reviews and consult to organization’s leadership on emerging human capital trends and risks – identifying human capital opportunities and guiding future risk management initiatives and interventions. Detailed analyses facilitate the identification, prioritization and anticipation of people-related risks, allowing for more knowledgeable, tactical decision-making around wellbeing issues, performance enhancement and risk management. The consultancy function will also assist company leadership to position the Wellness Programme to effectively meet the corporate governance/social responsibility and requirements of an organisation of high stature.
